BLACK FAN DRESS WITH GOLD BUCKLES

This is a very special ONE OF A KIND dress ,

There is only one dress like this and it's this exact one worn here by Kylie Jenner in Homme girls magazine Volume 9.

Its made with a very stretchy transparent polyester stretch.

The dress is cut open at the center front (or wherever you would want the opening to be)  and held together by 8 different vintage gold metal belt buckles.

The bottom of the dress consists of 3 fans that vary in length and fabric. Two of them are made with black velvet and 1 of them is made with a black silk habotai.The Fans are very stiff and hold their shape perfectly.

Because this dress is very stretchy it fits a wide range of body types all the way  from Small  through XL

NOTE: the dress has  tape marks on the inside front (see image). And there are some freyed edges on the bottom of one of the fans, this is due to the photoshoots it has been used for.

It has numerous little sewing marks of sewing up little holes that happened during the making of this dress (see image). I think it looks more beautiful in this way.
